CONTROLLING IDEA AND MISSION STATEMENT
Matthew will share his innovation process, used by many other directors and writers in Hollywood, on how to create new ideas to hook your audience. This process can be used when creating a mission statement, along with turning business ideas into action.

10:00a-11:00aFAIL FAST!
As new research by Harvard Business School’s Shikhar Ghosh shows, 75% of all start-ups fail. Matthew will also share how to build and nurture a culture that inspires creativity.
